We talk with biofeedback pioneer Les Fehmi about how to focus the mind and improve productivity and mood. His book is THE OPEN FOCUS BRAIN: Harnessing the Power of Attention to Heal Mind and Body. The book comes with an instructional CD to put the method into practice


Rheannon is a writer, independent radio producer and a freelance print and broadcast journalist. In November 2006 she won the prestigious Nancy Dickerson Whitehead Award for Excellence in Reporting on Drug and Alcohol Issues for her five-part news series, VOICES OF HIV, produced for National Public Radio affiliate station, 88.5 WFCR in Amherst, MA. (more info below on the series). Rheannon’s radio pieces have appeared on NPR and public and community radio stations around the country.
