The NS-500sx is a stand alone neurofeedback instrument providing light and

- Five EEG channels with five on/off channel switches
- Silver Felt saline sensors
- Individual channel sensor impedance check
- Power on/off switch with threshold options
- Battery operated
- Battery check
- Light feedback plus time delay and thresholds
- Sound feedback plus time delay and thresholds
- Vibration feedback plus time delay and thresholds (not yet
available) - Synchrony training for two or more persons
- Filters (4th order peak) with controls for band pass adjustment
- Reward filter center frequency display
- Output to external digital systems
